CLASS PAYMENT and REFUND POLICY

Payment is due at the time of registration
Payment guarantees enrollment in a class
Your spot in a class is reserved once paid
Refunds are given up to one week prior to a class
You may transfer your registration fee to another class if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the class start date/time.
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will contact you prior to class and all class fees will be refunded

Covid-19 class policies and procedures

Current CDC, WDH, and protocols put in place by the Governor of Wyoming will be followed to the best of our ability. In the event that Covid-19 guidelines change and we have to cancel classes, all students will be notified and given a full refund in a timely matter. Please watch our website and emails for updates regarding Covid-19 polices.
