Expressive Form: Figure Drawing
Experience the unique intimacy and creative depth of figure drawing in this special course with accomplished artist and instructor Lander Burton. Working directly with a live model, you'll be guided through an engaging exploration of the human form that will inspire both newcomers and seasoned artists alike.
Each week features carefully curated live model poses, allowing you to delve deeply into anatomy, gesture, and the subtleties of human expression. Using charcoal, conte, and paper, you'll capture dynamic moments and emotional depth in your artwork. Lander's personalized instruction and insightful critiques will help you connect with the model and translate your observations into compelling, expressive drawings.
This is a special opportunity to practice your skills, cultivate a deeper artistic awareness, and experience the powerful, direct connection that only live figure drawing can offer.
